Budget: need two, $75 for each and used is fine
Signal: must accept NTSC and QAM signals
Input: coax from cable cable company
Outputs: one monitor has YPbPr and the other has DVI and VGA (this input accepts RGB and YPbPr)
This will not be used with a computer nor do I want one designed to be used with a computer.
The least expensive NTSC/QAM tuners I could find were around $169 each. Yesterday I saw an ad for a 24" 1080p LCD television for $169. The tuner in the television was able to receive NTSC/ATSC/QAM signals. For the same amount of money, how the fuck can anyone throw in a 24" 1080p LCD monitor for free? Is it because the tuner/receiver market is nothing but a god damn scam?
