I had some of that with Dish Network, but was due to placement of the Satellite Dish.
Neighbors tree started blocking the signal. Switched to Directv (insted of paying to Dish to have it moved), had the Dish mounted on roof/ Fireplace Chimney, no problem. Clear line of site is most important. Loose connections outside?
