Audio, in almost 100% of the cases where there is a sync problem, is in advance of video (ie, you hear the words before the lips begin to move). The reason is that there is more processing going on with video than with audio, which results a timing issue due to the data disparity involved. The fix is to delay the audio so that it syncs with the video.
What model Samsung receiver are you using? What is your budget for a new receiver, provided that's what you need?
