I was originally lucky as a store wanted to 'get into' selling laserdiscs. So i sold them a big pile.
Later, when i had plenty of DVDs, I just threw out a few hundred laserdiscs right into the garbage dumpster.
The ONLY one i regretted tossing was Dr Caligari. Which is the wierd one by a porno director, and not the german one (The Cabinet of Dr Caligari). LOL
Only because the DVD I bought from a porn site, was a DVD-R copy, instead of a 'real' DVD. (The movie is not porn, but as the director was a porn director, i guess the movie is stuck in porn limbo?)
The transfer on the DVD-R is messed up, but watchable.
