When will some maker build a high quality (via HDMI) stand alone HiDef tuner?

TVs, VCRs, DVD players, Home Theater systems and more.

What i want is a high quality (with output via HDMI) tuner for over the air hi-def signals.
I want two antenna input with auto choose best signal (Plenty of FM tuners had that feature)
Not one has ever been made.
Only the crap tuners for old TV sets..
Where is my tuner?
