The set was delivered by a service that specialized in flatscreen displays. They did all the unpacking and setup, which consisted only of mounting to its stand and turning on the display to see that it functioned OK. Unfortunately, the set didn't turn on; it just emitted a loud buzz, so back it went. A second set was delivered a week later by a generic delivery service, with one person instead of two as in the first time. He was adamant about delivering it only up to the front door and not inside the house. After some gentle persuasion, however, he did bring it inside and up the short flight of stairs to the living room (with my help). He even stayed to help me with unpacking it, attaching the stand, and placing it on the table. Fortunately, there were no problems with this set!
