Blutooth transmitter for TV

TVs, VCRs, DVD players, Home Theater systems and more.

I am looking for BT transmitter to connect to my TV so I could hear with my BT earphones.
Any recommendation for a such a product?
Is that the best solution?
Should I insist on BT4.0?
