They didn't fix my problem, but they were there on a Sunday and remote accessed my TV and Duplicated my Problem. They said I would get a call back on Tuesday for a Solution.
I was impressed!... Maybe they'll tell me that's just the way it works. Or it would be great if they could download a fix to me. We'll see. Anyway great customer service.
