TVs, VCRs, DVD players, Home Theater systems and more.

I'm looking for a late model receiver with upconvertsion and two component outs. Does anyone have any experience with a unit that provides this capability? Im looking to drive two TVs with the same signal and component seems like be best way to do this. Thanks.
