Need Recommendation - Projector To Show Movies On Wall Of Church Basement

I know little about this, please help. A friend wants to show movies to children on the white 8' high wall of a church basement. Someone has offered to spend up to $1,500 for the projector. I susgessted that he should also budget a DVD/VCR player and carrying cases into the total price.

WHAT KIND OF PROJECTOR AND ACCESSORIES TO BUY?

My brief scan of the web sites at Best Buy and Circuit City suggest that there are "Business" projectors and "Entertainment" projectors. I also called InFocus, from whom I have bought a couple of business projectors, and they suggested a model IN26+, which is basically a business projector. I guess I'm looking for additional suggestions. I suspect that the church would value functionality, utility, and reliability over the latest bells and whistles. Mostly, they want to show videos to kids.
