I've toyed with the idea of getting something for my family (music) room. Because of my stereo, it can't be bulky, and because of my viewing distance, 13' or so, its going to have to be large. That leaves a VERY large flat screen (70"+), or a projector. Both have their good and bad points. I'm not generally a big fan of FP, but in all fairness, I haven't really looked into it. I have to admit you comments aren't encouraging, but I appreciate your honesty.
