Right off the top of my head, I'm not certain of who would carry a better wall wart. I bought o discrete power supple off another audiophile, when I needed it for a piece of gear. I sold it with that same piece of gear. I believe the specs were 5.0 volts @ 1.5 amps.
Have you tried eBay? Bolder cable modifies them..kind of expensive IMO though.
