I have not calibrated my 151. It's just me who watches it, so hours accumulate relatively slowly. My dealer has two in his home, one that came pre-cal from factory, and he says there's no noticeable diff to him. There has been some speculation that panels that were pre-calibrated were installed in non-pre-cal'ed models as per model demand. Further fueled by some fussy people who got their 151s cal'ed and noticed no difference whatsoever. This seems most common with the 151 model, as perhaps the 141s (pre-cal'ed) weren't moving at the time. (If you've ever experienced good OTA HDTV, you'll know why people want the ATSC tuner in the 151.)
Calibration is something to be wary of for some. Probably not the people here, but you never know. All I can say is, if you do not watch an Elite in the Pure mode from new by choice and extreme preference, then ISF calibration is not for you. You just have to read the Elite threads elsewhere to find out that very many people choose Movie or Sport or whatever mode. They want that eyeball-burning color and saturation and brightness and sharpness etc., *that* is why they bought the Elite. Not for quality and accurate color reproduction at all. Video taste varies like audio taste, and ISF calibration is NOT at all about your personal preference.
