They'll offer you a discount, counter it & ask for a larger one, supervisor comes on and you'll end up with more than a $5 discount.
Above based on my experience with The DISH. Of course, the longer you've been with them the bigger discount you'll be able to negotiate.
BTW, was the $5 discount in yr two clearly stted in yr contract?
Over a year, I may have lost an hour or two of programming due to weather. Not a big price to pay, IMHO, for a light year's better picture than ATT U-Verse delivers.
