And as for the Oppo BDP-105 being a mid-fi unit, surely you jest? I t has the best video processor, the finest consumer DACs, pays every file format commonly available, and is wrapped in a very solid, well-maunfactured chassis. Who, exactly, is making a unit that surpasses this one?

Take your time, I know you'll be looking for quite a while...
