I just had a very bad experience when I bought a sunfire signature amp, I went through 2 of them that were defective, I think sunfire must be having some quality problems, I have a freind who also bought the procesor you have, He had to take it back becaause of malfunctions, I finaly gave up trying to get a non defective amp , I returned the sunfire and exchanged it for another brand, I am not trying to condemn sunfire, in the past I have used their products and have been satisfied, but it seems they are having quality control problems now, good luck
