IMO, I would get a Pioneer ElitE DV-05. You can find one under $500 now. This baby is sweet! I bought mine from SW, b/c he got the progressive scan one, and it blows me away! If you don't have a progressive scan TV, get this!
If you do, then get the new Pioneer. I think it's the 434. The ONLY decent PS player for under $5 bills. .
