If you hook up a 2 channel CD player to a 5.1 AVR and set the output mode to 5.1 stereo, does music come out of the fronts and rears? Is it synthesized? If a 5.1 AVR has zones A and B and there are 6 amps for each 5.1 channel, which amps drive zone B?
