I paid for calibration on the Pioneer Elite 13 years ago; but then again I paid $13,000 for it too. When I bought a last chance plasma for the bedroom two years (Samsung PN51F5500)for $600 I just used cheat sheets from AVSforum and I'm very happy with the results.
