I found that every time I powered up the TV, it assigned a new IP address, but did not release the Old IP Address.... After the Factory Reset I had powered off the TV 4 Times, and I now have 4 new IP addressees assigned to the TV that are all 'live'.
I changed to Auto Assign of the IP Address to Manual for the time being, and that has fixed the problem for now............Cut-Throat
