Tech, it's possible that you have not seen proper wide screen, or that maybe your DVD player doesn't do it right. As Americans, we rely too much on tv for just about anything, soo much so that when wide screen shows up, we thumb our noses at it. Keep in mind that wide screen is the director's vision, and not what fits all too well on tv format.
