Check out www.netmarket.com for prices on the Sony and Energy. The Sony 30ES might be all you need and would be cheaper. You might also read some reviews on the Denon receivers. I am in the process of looking myself and haven't quite decided. I have heard good things about the Denon 2700, and they may be coming out with a new version with DTS on board. The Denon and the Yamaha both have 6 channel inputs for any future formats, such as DVD audio. I was also looking at the Take 5 system, but the prices are so good at netmarket that I may go with the e:XL 16 speakers and the e:XL 10 or 12 sub.
