I used to get my DVD's from Buy.com when they had "free shipping" offers. The free shipping extended to pre orders, so it was great.Now they are "boiling the frog" by raising prices, and no more free shipping offers. What are the current hot sites for new releases and pre orders that you favor?
I know that this subject has been done before, but some sites have changed.
