Depends on what you want in regards to integration. Asuming the receiver has equal amp sections for each channel (look for separate power/distortion/bandwidth ratings for center or surrounds as a red flag) then using the receiver's amps would achieve the most coherence. If your 2 channel amp has level controls you could use it to biamp the fronts (If equipped to do so) or just use the preamp outputs to feed the 2 channel amp. It all depends on many factors, post more information regarding your system to get better responses. For maximum performance, Biamping is the way to go, but requires level controls on two channel amp. Could lead to balancing difficulties. So much to cover....... post more info......
