As I've posted before, setting these up is quite an art, even supposing the expensive tubes are ok. Unless you are a particularly bright potential techo I would never recommend anyone buying one of these brutes without some sort of backup help. Buy used from a dealer, the extra dollars will be worth it. Buy from an auction and you are likely to end up with a very expensive boat anchor!I would repeat our exercise because I had free help readily available. Without that I would be looking at some of the very nice rear projection units on offer.
