which is the best big screen tv

I am building my home theater. I am in the market for big screen projection TV. I have narrowed down to few models.
Toshiba 65H80,
Mitsubishi 65857(Platinum Plus) or Mitsu 65907 (Diamond series),
Sony 65XBR10W
Can anybody comment on these models? Is there any website which compares the big screen TVs?
