Why is it, that despite the popularity of DVD's, there is still a dearth of DVD's by bands that have had many VHS videos out? I just cannot find certain music titles on DVD by bands like Rush, The Church, Yngwie Malmsteen, Judas Priest, The The, etc. (just to name a few). And don't get me started on movie releases! Don't those dufuses who own rights to, let's just use 'Saturday Night Fever' as one example of many, know how profitable such a realease on DVD would be?
