My question: using a basic DVD player and TV (32 inch Toshiba), both non-progressive, would I notice a difference in picture quality moving from a good s-video cable (currently using Tributaries DCV-S) to a budget component cable. Have a long run (about 21 ft.) so it'll cost about $100 bucks for a budget component cable. Is it worth spending the money?
