First I would check for a problem coming through the power wiring. You could try a long extension cord to another receptacle to help diagnose.

If you determine the problem is airborne, you might still be having problems receiving interference through cables that are parallel or non-shielded interconnects. Make sure all the cables are separated, or if they must cross, cross at 90 degrees. Perhaps you might try a copper sheet of some kind, grounded of course.
