I've owned the DC-1 (have an MC-1 now) and loved it. Extremely easy to use, great menus, really great literature, and superb sound on DD movies. Their sound for movies is stunning.For use as an A/V preamp it's a bit weak in the music department. I added a BAT preamp in between the Lex and my front amp though and this seemed to make a huge difference.
