I would not ground anything to a pipe. The code requires any add'tl components ie; CATV,TELE, be grounded to the grounding rod nearest the SE(service entrance). You can run a #6 solid copper (providing there is no AL. in your home, to the grounding rod using a tear drop, or pipe clamp. If you wish you can install additional grounding rods. Perhaps one by the dish and run the #6 wire underground (6-12" deep)close to the house back to the SE grouding rod and use the tear drop or pipe clamp.
The Req'd NEC standard grounding rod is galv. 5/8" X 8'. and the additional rods MUST BE AT LEAST 6 feet AWAY FROM THE NEAREST ROD!
ANy supply house will have the materials needed.
I have 6 gnd rods in 2 triangular formations. Down here in S.FL. it nearly impossible to achieve the required resistance from one grounding rod. We are lucky to get 25 ohms. as we are on sand and if you dig 4 feet you hit water! FYI.......NEC calls for approx 200-250 ohms of resistance from the ground.(do not attempt to measure your resistance it is dangerous and I won't explain how to do it)
