>stopped by Soundex today and saw a Sony plasma screen running some kind of animated dinasoar film. my son (5) sat on the leather sofa, transfixed, mouth open (me too!)<I know exactly what scene you are talking about, if you were impressed by the plasma you would've had a heart attack seeing the same demo at HE2001 in NY. In the Krell/Faroudja room they were showing it on a ~8 foot screen from a CRT projector in 1080 Progressive!!!!! Oh my god it looked sooooooooooo gooood. It was stunning.
