Near the bottom rear of the TV there is a constant "crackling" sound - like popping electricty. Similar to the 3-5 second crackle sound old TVs made after you shut them off, but this is constant. It's not very loud, you can only hear it when the TV's on mute and you're right next to it. The TV is less than a year old. Is this "normal"?Please help.
