Suggestions for surround-only processors please

Hello all,
Im wondering what brands/models of stand-alone surround sound processors there are. Im looking for upper-mid end to higher-end units which perform dolby, thx, and/or ambience for music listening as well. (I already have all the amplifiers I will ever need, for up to 11-channels).
I am open to new or used products, with good sound, and would like to hear of some suggestions/recommendations on units to investigate. Im into value and quality.
Brands that come to mind are Yamaha and Lexicon. However, its been a quite a while since Ive been involved in home theatre, versus standard 2-channel audio, to I could use some updating on what the good units to look for are.
