If you find this happening with all dual layer discs the problem can probably be fixed by accessing the service mode via the remote-there is an adjustment to fine tune the layer change.I wheedled this out of a tech at Sony several months ago and cant find the paper the codes were written on-try giving sony tech servicea call -youll have to be persistant and I take no responsability for what you do with the service codes.It is possible to terminally screw up the player!!!!
