Hi all: Being a hardcore audiophile, I have ignored DVD players in general til now. I was thinking of buying the kid's a new VHS player (the old one bit the dust), but discovered a Sony DVD player (DVP-s330) that was only a hundred bucks more than the VHS 4 head hi-fi unit I was considering. I must admit upon demo, the DVD smoked the VHS in every way, yet I have heard a lot of negative comments about this machine (lip-sync problems, refuses to play some discs, etc.), yet upon a trial at home, had no experience with this at all! Is it only a matter of time before this begins?? Can someone give me some constructive advice before I say "I do"......thanks, The A-man
