S-video to Compnent adaptor?

Desspite useing compnent out from my DVD player and plans to get an EchoStar HDTV reciever, from time to time I need to play and old VHS tape. To make switching easier, is there a device that you can plug ans S-video connector in one side and get component out the other? I don't expect a quality improvemrnt - I just wand to simplify switching between sources.
