Here's a recipe. She usually just puts a bunch of cut carrots and onions , then drop in the chicken.
The recipe may want you to pull it out and put it in the oven on broiler to make it crispy, but it's not really worth it. Usually, we just pull it out and put it on the cut board and let it sit for 20 minutes and cut it.
