'Paris by Night' (1989): Last call for Noir

Posted by Billy Wonka on July 8, 2024 at 18:09:24:

Charlotte Rampling is an EU MP married to a morose Michael Gambon who is perpetually drinking. She gets called away to Paris for a snap committee meeting which leads to happenstances that add up in the negative.

The cinematography and script pour out Noir by the bucket. It's a 1989 film but you would think it's much older. Plus, this is at the end of Rampling looking presentable.
