The more impressive they look, the more cheesy they are, especially for one who does understand how cars can and cannot drive.
Primitive example - Audi S8 escape in "Ronin" - when S8 goes into oversteer at a speed of probably 25 miles an hour, when it is absolutely impossible unless done on purpose.
