Interesting to note, about their expedition, that the other guy (I'm forgetting names here) is sort of the only person in the world to have successfully scaled that mountain to its peak and descended without a hitch. How awful for him that probably his greatest achievement was wrecked by what turned out to be misplaced guilt. Awful for both of them, really, that they couldn't enjoy what they accomplished.
