The Ramen cook with 60 customers an hour who remembers everyones order without fail
Its fairly hoky as a complete film, and it's meant to be, but there are some precious scenes in there
Not a lot of Japanese culture "crosses over" to the Western tastes at all IMO

I did found that there was an enormous influence of " Western " film making in it.
These films had good moments, no way to deny it, but there were only a few spots...
