I read over the features set at amazon. It's pretty stadard stuff. I actually read a page or two of reviews to get more insight but I quickly bored of that.

On second look, 15-20 pages of amazon reviews reveals little excitement over the extra features of the two disc set. More people seem excited over the Superbit transfer. Looks like the SuperBit is the way to go for me.
