Films/DVD Asylum

Rented the movie last night on DVD. This was a hard one to figure out, and still left me scratching my head. The movie gave me the 'down to the bone' cold creeps. (Which is something hard to find these days) Most of the frightening parts gave me a somewhat painfully shocking feeling from head to toe, (another aspect not common with horror type movies these days) Anybody willing to fill in the blanks? The movie was too dreamy to understand completely. Many twists and turns.
