Thank you. Other than Ebert's mention of “the director's cut adds footage that enriches and extends the material...”, his review reflects what I saw without further enhancements. When I purchased the dvd, the clerk told me the DC has a different ending and is an improvement over the original. I'm just curious how another ending could make more sense of something intended to be somewhat ambiguous. Regards.
