Almost every character is an exact replica of an a-hole that you have prolly worked with...... from the boss who thinks he's everyone's friend but is actually a complete knob, to the scrawny uber-geek in the office who worships the boss, to the acerbic, self-absorbed, sexist salesguy etc....
