and followed that season live anyway. I'd agree that Hackman was better than BBT. Hoosiers might be the best sports movie of all time. BBT's best? goddamn Bad(er) Santa is a personal fav although I missed One False Move (or forgot it?). Loved Slingblade as well and liked Pushing Tin (w/John Cusack)...

By the way, and I may be stating the obvious, but in real life, Boobie tore his knee up in practice, not in a game. And he wasn't particularly well liked on the team. His cockiness, portrayed in the show quite well, wasn't temepered with humour, in real life he had cockiness and arrogance.
