Interesting point . . . but I actually think that Pacino has aged better than De Niro. Contrast Pacino in "The Merchant of Venice" with De Niro in "Meet the Fockers." I'm not trying to set up a false contrast, but I have enjoyed several Pacino movies in the twilight of his career. De Niro, OTOH, has not lived up to his superb earlier career . . . e.g., Analyze That, Hide & Seek, among others.
