Most DTS soundtracks are pretty decent. I managed to make an amp shut down trying to play "The Haunting" DTS demo disk; that was before I figured out no matter how big my main speakers were, I needed a sub.

Yes, I always choose DTS. The only DVD I have where the Dolby is better (sweeter, less "mechanical", more live) is the alternate track on "E.T." which features a live orchestral recording of the John Williams score conducted by the composer (my #2 choice above).
