They build to order (mostly). I asked them 'can you please not put the plastic logo on the speaker' and they said, no, that would be too much trouble.
Too much trouble? I'm paying you three thousand dollars and waiting three months and it's too hard to NOT do something?
Hard pass.
They really need to get some good business people on board.
